GARAGE DOORS
Phoenix Marine offers a bespoke Hydraulic Pivot Hinge mechanism manufactured from stainless steel.
These highly efficient units are custom made to meet your individual requirements. The mechanisms provide a precise and reliable opening for Garage Doors, Hatches, Engine Covers and Platforms. The solution eliminates the need for External Hinges and give clear access without the need for struts or cylinders. We also design and manufacture complete door solutions to include Locking Cylinders, a pneumatic seal and full electronic control of the system.
When more complex movement is required, we can manufacture 2/3 stage mechanisms. These are made from stainless steel and use maintenance-free bearings. These tailor-made actuators can meet complex movement requirements on Garage Doors, Platforms and Gangways — where controlled repeated movement on more than one axis is required.
These products have been supplied to major superyacht manufacturers, including Sunseeker and Fairline.
